Is MS degree from BITS Pilani under WILP considered equivalent to M.tech for post of Associate professor in Engg. colleges(degree) by AICTE.

AICTE considers B.TECH and M.TECH in relevant branch of engg for the post of associate professors in engg colleges in india.I have done regular B.tech and then planning to do MS from BITS Pilani under WILP .Will I be considered eligible for the above mentioned post by AICTE.
