Raghu .. IMT Ghaziabad is good institute in B schools .. in both segment regular and private.. But its depends on student knowledge or how much he get or use in practically. So i think Cyber course is good option if you pursue from IMT. But do hard work...Cyber course has a wast scope in future spec

Yes Cyber law is going to be a good career in the future and MS is the best degree that you can get in India. For your second question the answer is No. You cannot do MS in Cyber law with distance Learning although if you want to you may opt PG Diploma in Cyber law which has a lesser value than MS.
