Is MS Ramaiah University a good option for B.Tech?

I have taken admission in M. S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences. Now, I am getting mixed reviews from people.

It is a good college. People always have mixed views according to their perspective, just listen to your mind, talk to their previous students and check out the salary they got after the completion of the degree course. I say that it is a good college because I heard have heard so.
