is MS-software system from BITS pilani AICTE approved ?? I am working as sr. engg with MNC with 3+ yrs exp. will it add value to my career ?

Sir, I am working at Sr. System Engg. with MNC having 3+ years of exp and B.E computers 71% degree. Some questions for MS programs : 1) Is this course AICTE approved, because most of the responses I get is that - this course is not approved 2) what is the value after completing it
