Is MSc zoology or MSc botany or MSc biotechnology or MSc Chemistry a good option??? I'm confused between these can someone help?

Actually I love all these subjects but I'm confused to do my master's in the following subjects. Like which is a best option I can have etc. Or which has more scope in future.
