well if y want 2 work 4 Corporate sector go 4 MBA HR but if y want 2 to work NGOs after the course go 4 MSW HR MSW is only for Social Organization where else mba hr For corporate world,
rest depends on y and your intrest so choose according to y intrest

Well it depends on whether you want to work for a corporate or NGO after the course. For corporate world, MBA in HR is better. MSW HR is better for NGOs and other social activities like hospital management, aviation etc.
