Hi Vinayak,
To get into government job you need to be a graduate from a recognized institute/university and for that it is advisable to study through regular mode. You also need to clear the required entrance test for government job.

There are no any M.Tech course through distance learning and IGNOU is a govt university so every course from IGNOU is valid for a govt job.

As per the regulations of AICTE B.Tech or M.Tech done by Distance mode will not be recognized !!
