    Mewar University is a private, self-financed university in Rajasthan. It was established in 2009 by the Government of Rajasthan. The university is promoted by the Mewar Education Society (MES). 
     
    Mewar University is the only private and self-financed university in Rajasthan. It is approved by the UGC and NAAC accredited. 
     
    The university has three branches: 
     
    • MewarGirls College, Chittorgarh
    • Mewar University, Chittorgarh
    • Mewar University
    Mewar University offers courses in: 
     
    • Bachelor of legislative law (LLB)
    • M.I.B.
    • B.Sc (Biotech.)
    • B.B.M.
    • B.C.A.
    • P.G.D.C.A.

    Mewar University is an autonomous body set up by the Government of Rajasthan. It was founded in 2009 by the government of Rajasthan under the law No. 4 of 2009 exceeded through the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly. It is the only private and self-financed University in Rajasthan which is also approved by the UGC u/s 12B of the UGC Act and they also NAAC accredited.
