Is my degree is valid or not.

I have done B.Tech from ksou Mysore from 2012 to 2015 after my Polytechnic Diploma complete. , I have received all semester marksheet but my final degree have not come yet, I don't kbow my degree is valid or not so plss suggest me what I do now, is my degree is valid for further education MBA.

Yes, your degree is verified under the scrutiny of Government of India and institute was also affiliated. So, your degree definitely has a value. So, go for it. All the best for future.
