Yes your Diploma percentage does matter for taking admission in B.Tech as your eligibility will be checked through your Diploma marks only. See the eligibility criteria, you are seeking admission through lateral entry so for lateral entry admission scheme to get into the 2nd year of B.Tech your Dilp
