Hello Ayush,
Dr Abdul Kalam Technical University is the university for all technical colleges in Uttar Pradesh. This was formed in the year 2000 and Uttar Pradesh government decided that all the technical courses or colleges will be affiliated to this university. Knowing this I really do not know
