Is my profile good enough to get admission in M.S. in automobile engg from Germany?

X-78 XII-75 B.E.MECH-63.28% I m intrstd in doin MS in automobile engg from germany.Wanted to know the top 10 colleges for it. But is it possible to get admission with such a profile? Wud a 1 yr gap matter much? Also my project is not at all good. Wil a 2 yr power plant work-ex affect my chances?
