Is my qualification enough to get a job as a site engineer in the middle east? Will PGD in construction management help in getting the job?

I have done my B.Tech with 55% and currently pursuing part time PGD in material management.

Of course this will help an additional qualification always be helpful in getting a good and desired Job.
