    Hi Tom,
    Yes, NATA is important for architecture because NATA is conducted by the Council of Architecture and most of the institutes /colleges accept only NATA scores.
    NATA is an entrance exam for admissions to 5 year B.Arch. degree course offered by all institutes / schools / colleges of Architecture in India (including Govt., Govt-aided, Private Unaided, University Depts., Deemed Universities, etc.).
    NATA is a test which only tests drawing and 3D interpretation skills and even students from humanities or commerce background can answer the exam.The exam does not test mathematics or science knowledge.
