is National Institute of Management Solutions Delhi has approved by DEC or not and the dgree is valid or fake?

i have read many answer but i am not able to understand and NIMS people say that they are approved by Distance Education Cell. They told me that they have completed 13 years yet and Distance Education Council need 15 years. They told me that Distance Education Cell is also Part of Distan. Edu. Coun.

The Institution do not have Any Approval from Statutory Bodies Like AICTE, UGC..Yet the degree is valid but partially!
