Chandigarh University is better as it is NAAC A+ grade accredited University. It has achieved this rank just in a span of 7 years and is the youngest university to be ranked by nirf. CU holds its name in Limca book of records for the highest number of companies and the National Award too for the same.

Among all these institutes you should prefer the institute which is having the NBA or NAAC certification. So the Chandigarh University is having both the certification. Only CU can provide you the best placement in the Northern India. You can also take admission in the university to fulfill all your dreams.

Chandigarh University (CU) admissions are generally based on CUCET scores for most of the courses. Students need to appear for the test or submit scores of any other accepted exams as stated by the university. Hence, in some cases, you may get admission in CU without CUCET. The CUCET test is also a scholarship test and if you want to get the scholarship benefits offered by the university based on CUCET scores, then you will have to appear for the exam.

The cutoff changes every year and we are in 2025, so you should know the cutoff for NCHMCT JEE 2025. For NCHMCT JEE 2025, the closing rank for Chandigarh University is around 11195 for the B.Sc. (Hons.) Hotel and Hospitality Management course. This number comes from the latest available round-wise data and gives a basic idea of the expected range. If we see older figures, the 2022 cutoff stayed close to 10201 as the opening rank in Round 1 and about 10382 as the closing rank in Round 2.
