NCERT will definitely give you a good foundation for the preparation but I would not say that, only NCERT Is sufficient enough for preparations. NEET is a multiple choice questions type examination. So, you definitely have to go through many multiple choice type question banks and furthermore you should definitely go through some good books for strengthening your preparations. All the best !

NCERT is definitely not enough for NEET. Most of the times if you go through previous year question papers, you are feeling to find questions based in concepts not mentioned in NCERT. So, definitely, I would recommend going through other higher reference books to grasp the extra concepts required to crack the exam.
    All the best!
