If you're looking to pursue a BSc programme at IHM Dehradun, the NCHMCT JEE (National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Examination) is typically not mandatory for admission. IHM Dehradun is affiliated with Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU), and their admissions process may vary from other IHMs.
