Instead of fearing drawing, i suggest you go ahead and make friends with it. Just start learning, and now you have a reason so you'll find that you're would start enjoying it. The more you understand why you need drawing, the easier it becomes for you to learn it. Wish you the best for your career.

No it is not necessary but we will taught you how to have control on drawing or can say sketching. Thanks & Regards Zica Ranchi

Yes there is need to have good practice , and you have to clear your hand in drawing
