No, it's national entrance exam, competition is more, negative marks is okay but now we need to think about time efficiency. As I 2021 NEET aspirin I am going said that at least we should get 1 minute for each and every question, because 45 seconds not enough.

Yes, The new pattern was good than the previous NEET pattern. But it would be better if they remove negative marking for Section-B questions.

The new pattern was good. But using 180 min for 200 questions is tough. We need some more time.

Yes, it is better than the previous one because there are five questions for each subject choice.

No, it is a national level exam and very reputable exam, so it should it's level High. I think they should make it tough enough fro previous year and should allow more than one option. It increases student logical and reasoning. Although I am 2021 NEET aspirant.

It's okay, but time should be increased as questions increase. Because at least 1 minute is necessary for 1 question.

Yes, new exam pattern is better but it will make cut off sky high As NTA mainly emphasize on ncert textbooks to frame question paper, 200 question in 180 minute holds good although candidate have to attempt only 180 questions but an extra 20 question will increase competition as they have more choice between questions. Time management will become a major challenge among candidates as they get only 0.45 seconds per question to read and attempt it. NTA should give an additional 20 minutes also as it is a one and only big ticket medical entrance exam in india, so it require time to read and understand the language and pattern of question

Yes it's better because the students have more chance to crack the exam. Suppose it's a trick for time consuming because of 20 extra questions but there is more easier way for brilliant students.

Hmm, kind of tricky one to comment. For every introduction of a new pattern, there is an advantage and disadvantage. For this one, the advantage is that we got an option to select the questions and on the other hand the disadvantage is that, we shall not get extra time to read the question paper. So it's up to us to manage the time and give ourselves an edge.

Pros Additional question given So We don't have to think twice before leaving any question in Sec B
Cons But there are 200 que so Weave to manage time properly
Additional Que are for everyone So cutoff
In my opinion it's all right.

More options are better but in at least to read 200 questions in 180 minutes will be a difficult task. Something should be done positively in this regards. Parent of an aspiring candidate.
