Yes, students need to have a valid score of NEET for admission to MBBS course at SGT University. NTA NEET is a mandatory entrance exam for students who wish to pursue a career in medicine in India. Apart from this, it is also crucial that the aspirants fulfil the eligibility criteria prescribed by the university. Candidates who have passed Physics, Chemistry,  Biology/Biotechnology and English subjects individually in Class 12 or equivalent examination are eligible to apply. Moreover, the qualifying exam should have been passed with at least 50% aggregate (45% for General-PWD and 40% for reserved categories).
