    Both the NEET UG and NEET PG exams are competitive, as they are the only entrance exams for UG and PG medical programs in India. The NEET PG is considered to be slightly more difficult, as it cover wider range of subjects and the number of seats offered for PG are less as compared to UG courses.

    NEET PG is considered more challenging than NEET UG because it requires a deeper understanding of medical subjects. The questions in the exams are often more clinical and require a deeper knowledge of the respective fields.   • Yes. NEET PG is hard in comparison to NEET. The reason being NEET PG is postgraduate level exam while NEET is conducted at undergraduate level. Another reason is, there are lesser number of PG seats than MBBS seats for candidates. Managing time for NEET PG preparation for candidates is very difficult task as they have to manage college, internship and preparation all three together. In NEET PG, competition is among best minds who all are doctors. Subjectwise also NEET PG is tough as candidates have to prepare more than 15 subjects while in NEET only 4 subjects are there.
