Both the NEET UG and NEET PG exams are competitive, as they are the only entrance exams for UG and PG medical programs in India. The NEET PG is considered to be slightly more difficult, as it cover wider range of subjects and the number of seats offered for PG are less as compared to UG courses.

Yes. NEET PG is hard in comparison to NEET. The reason being NEET PG is postgraduate level exam while NEET is conducted at undergraduate level. Another reason is, there are lesser number of PG seats than MBBS seats for candidates. Managing time for NEET PG preparation for candidates is very difficul
