Obviously, NEET is like an entrance to join an medical colleges. Without NEET Examination we cannot join AIIMS colleges. After you have given the entrance examination, an councelling process will happen. In the councelling process, seats will be allocated according to your rank, marks and category wise also. So it is not equal to all students, because there are some quote regarding caste, so that the minor caste students can get admission in medical colleges. Just like getting admission in other AIIMS colleges you'll have to clear the NEET exam to get admission in the MBBS course at AIIMS HYDERABAD.
And not only clear the exam but you should have a good rank as the closing rank was 2811 in NEET UG 2023 for the general category.
