The MSc in Horticulture programme at NEHU, Tura is one of the best programs in the country that is primarily research-based and which incorporates a lot of fieldwork. The Department also has 15 faculty members with PhDs who have completed 20 research projects funded by ICAR, DBT and UGC. The programme enjoys an excellent placement record of 85%, with graduates getting jobs in ICAR, KVK and various horticulture departments.
