New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM) has proper placement performance. Their placement statistics reveal that in 2023, 81% of the students were placed and 250 recruiters took part in the placement process. The highest package offered was INR 12 LPA and the median package was INR 8 LPA in the campus placement. The firms which top recruited include Genpact, Tata, ABP, HDFC, and Aditya Birla Group.  Thus it has a very lucrative and decent package.

According to available information, the New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM) is considered good for placements with many reviews highlighting its high placement rates, strong corporate connections, and a dedicated placement cell that ensures most students secure jobs in blue-chip companies, including Deloitte, PwC, and BlackRock; with some sources claiming a 100% placement record.
