Is NIE better than PES (South Campus) for mechanical engineering in terms of worldwide recognition?

I'm not sure of the world wide recognition PES campus has. But NIE has a lot of alumni working in various parts of the world. Last year, the department had an alumni meet in US. Further details should be available on the website. NIE is a reputed college and had a good repute in Karnataka. -
Well, according to placement and infrastructure both stood at same position.
But still, the first one is better due to healthy environment. A peaceful decorum is necessary for personality development which is necessary with a good degree.
So go for it.
