    Hi Nishar,  

    It will be tough to agree on the same. National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), Itanagar is definitely a decent college for studying a course at Itanagar. However, there's not many reviews about its reputation. Therefore, you're expected to explore more colleges before making a decision. NIELIT Itanagar has a decent reputation for its infrastructure and faculty.
