    NIELIT Shillong is also good in placement and best for programming courses. Companies like ADP, Axis Bank, Infosys, Wipro, Oracle,Capital IQ recruit regularly from the institute. The average placement record of the college is around INR 14 LPA, which is pretty good considering it caters mostly to graduates. A great environment & placement support ultimately gives the students really good job options. Conclusively, NIELIT Shillong is one of the best picks for fresher to start their career in electronics and information technology.
