No, NIIBMT is not AICTE/UGC accredited. National Integrated Institute of Business Management & Technology brings together world wide accepted courses under the aegis of NIIBMT Education Foundation registered with Government of Delhi, India. It is also NS-EN ISO 9001:2008 certified by KVQA, India and NORSK Akkreditering of Norway for being a 'Quality Training provider for Business Management.' NIIBMT is also a member of AIMS-ATMA (Association of Indian Management Schools)

NIIBMT is not approved by AICTE. The reasons they say are quoted below:
NIIBMT has not taken the AICTE approval. There are several reasons behind that. First of all they have certain norms like to run an institute you should have 5 acres of land in an urban area or 25 acres in a non urban area. Also the classroom size should be this much and you should have a bank balance of 2 crores. Since NIIBMT is running distance learning programs what can be done with this much of land ?. Secondly if they take AICTE approval, they say NIIBMT will lose out on their strong points. In such a case NIIBMT won't be able to give 100% assistance.
