Hi, Yes, NIOS board certification is totally recognised and valid for further education and even for government jobs too. You can apply for any of the programme in any university but you need to check the eligibility and admission in the particular university in which you want to apply.

Dear, There is no issue with recognition of NIOS and visa is only issued on the basis of your admission in the foreign university and you need to complete every paperwork which embassy people would ask for. All the best.
