Is nios recogniged by ugc, and is their any problem for preparation of i.a.s exam after doing 12 by nios board

No absolutely not, there is no problem at all and you should prepare for Civil Service. It is well recognized.Regards/

NIOS is an open school you can give 10 and 12 exam from NIOS with attend any school and it is approved
