    National Institute of Technology (NIT) Agartala ranks 91 under the 'engineering' category in NIRF ranking . The institute is surely a wise choice to pursue B.Tech from . The placement percentage is also as good as 90 percent, which is definitely impressive. The highest package offered was INR 52 Lacs per annum and the lowest being INR 5 Lacs, the average package is approximately INR 11 lacs . Top recruiters of the institute are Amazon, Samsung, Wipro, Infosys, Toddle, Jio Reliance, L&T, Nokia, Capgemini, Deloitte, ADP, Reliance Industries and Bharat Petroleum among many others.

    The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) for 2022 placed the National Insitute of Technology Agartala at number 80 in the Engineering category. Regarding the placements at NIT Agartala, the average package was INR 6 LPA. According to the NIT Agartala NIRF report 2022, 525 out of 645 students received placement offers. In light of the rankings and placements, NIT Agartala is a respectable option for the BTech program.

    National Institute of Technology Agartala was ranked 82 in the Engineering category by the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) in 2024. Talking about NIT Agartala placements, the median package offered was INR 6 LPA. As per the NIT Agartala NIRF report 2022, out of 645 students, a total of 525 students got placement offers. So, considering the ranking and placements, NIT Agartala is a decent choice to pursue a BTech course.
