    The NIRF 2022 placed NIT Goa at number 88 in the Engineering category. Regarding NIT Goa placements 2022, 1005 of candidates were placed in the CSE and ECE streams. During the institute's final placement campaign in 2022, NIT Goa offered the highest package at INR 44 LPA and the average package at INR 13.1 LPA. NIT Goa is hence a good choice for BTech students while taking into account the rating and placement statistics.

    The National Institute of Technology Goa is a reputed institute known for its BTech programmes. Talking about the NIT Goa placements 2024, the highest and average package received by BTech students in 2024 was INR 20 LPA and INR 7.69 LPA, respectively. The placement rate for the BTech program was 87.03%. The highest and average package received by MTech students in 2024 was INR 35 LPA and INR 12.15 LPA, respectively. So, considering the ranking and placements statistics, NIT Goa is a good option for BTech students.

MTech: Candidates must have completed their UG in a relevant field.

The cutoff among the General AI category, the cutoff ranks varied between 536 and 18007.
