Visit the official website of both the colleges/institutes. Both are good and provide better educational facilities to the students. See the placement graphs for the last five years. Otherwise there are certain other colleges also which provide better education and placement services to the students. Some of the best institute are:-
    1.Lovely Professional University
    2.NIT, Warangal
    3.VIT, Pune

I will suggest Civil & Structural Engg has better prospects of good jobs, future prospects for coming 15 years for India.
