Is NIT-Pondicherry better than NIT-Tadepalligudem West Godavari in Andhra Pradesh?
I've got 93.4 percentile in JEE.

Yes, NITP is better than NIT-TGP as NITP maintains quality standards of maintenance and teaching. If you want to stay in hostel, then food is also better. -

It depends upon what other options you have. You really don't have any other option? If you have a choice, I would certainly recommend exercising it over this one. Most of the new NITs are still settling down with lack of infrastructure, faculty and campus. Hence the quality of education they provide is hardly likely to be good (does not matter what their students say), let alone great or excellent.
