Is NIT Rourkela better than IIT?

NIT Rourkela and IIT are one of the best institutions present in India for B.Tech and M.Tech courses. The placements provided by both the institutions are great and both the institutes offer scholarships to students. The faculty is good at NIT Rourkela and Indian Institutes of Technology has a great infrastructure. So which one is the best B.Tech college or university depends on what the person is actually looking for in a particular college or university. Overall students can expect a great future ahead after graduating from any of these colleges or universities.
