Yes,
NIT Surathkal is better than the other two NITs. Actually, NIT Surathkal is in 2nd position in NITs across India. -
MNIT Allahabad is better ! It stands on top in NIRF ranking and also good placements are available here with best facilities. It also depends which branch you prefer here. -
There is no rule for comparison. If you look for MNIT studying mechanical and computers would fetch you handsome salary while NSIT would offer a great exposure to new industries being in capital city while Suratkal have a strong alumni base that would help in higher studies.
