    Yes,
    NIT Surathkal is better than the other two NITs. Actually, NIT Surathkal is in 2nd position in NITs across India.

    MNIT Allahabad is better ! It stands on top in NIRF ranking and also good placements are available here with best facilities. It also depends which branch you prefer here.

    There is no rule for comparison. If you look for MNIT studying mechanical and computers would fetch you handsome salary while NSIT would offer a great exposure to new industries being in capital city while Suratkal have a strong alumni base that would help in higher studies.
