    The National Institute of Technology, Uttarakhand (NIT Uttarakhand) has a high percentage of placement. In 2023, the total placement rate for BTech students was 79.49%, and 45.45% for M.Tech students. The average package cost INR 11 LPA, while the most expensive package cost INR 21 LPA. The highest package in 2022 was INR 34 LPA. L&T, Cogoport, BPCL, RVNL, Wipro, Samsung R&D, IBM, Infosys, Capgemini, and EXL are some of the major hiring firms.
