    Hi,
Both the college are good for studying electrical engineering. The placements in NIT, Rourkela is good. The companies come and accept the students with good packages. Dear friend, Please refer NIT Warangal official website. They have provided opening and closing rank of each department as well as per quota. By referring that you can expect your admission chances. Please don't consider that cutoff will be same for this year too. It changes every year but there is not much difference. I would suggest you NIT WARANGAL. Because it is under top 10 institutes of India and also the exposure to students are more plus they have separate incubation centre for innovative ideas of students. Teachers are well qualified and experienced who are always ready to help students.

    Hi arveti manjunath
Kindly predict your college in this college predictor. JEE Main rank predictor is an online tool which predicts the candidates rank range and probable colleges based on the difficulty level of the examination, average marks scored in JEE Main and seats available in IITs, NITs, GFTIs, and other SFTIs. The rank predicted might not be accurate but it certainly does give an idea to the aspirant. Know your college admission chances based on your JEE Main Rank, Home State, Caste, Gender, etc. Here https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor
