is noida will be a better place for ccna coaching?

i have heard that delhi centers doesn't provides better coaching for ccna ,ccnp as compared to banglore, is this true? please suggest me where should i go for ccna , delhi or banglore?

place doesn't make any importance for doing any course. Courses depends upon the the quality of faculties not by the city. Some time good faculties u will get in very small city as well.
