Is obtaining 22/45 in my International Baccalaureate Diploma fine? Can I get details for the U.G. Course in BA LL.B (Honours)?

I was not awarded diploma as I got below 24 . So, I want to know whether the score satisfy the eligibility criteria of CLAT and as I scored below 24, I was awarded certificate and not the diploma. Does certificate affect my career or should I go for an improvement examination?
