Is on campus housing available at Durham College?

These are either unfurnished or furnished units, with laundry on each floor and group or private study areas. (A 12-month lease is required.)</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Simcoe Foundry-&nbsp;</strong> directly across the street from the Oshawa campus. Three-bedroom and five-bedroom suites are offered. There is a bathroom in each room. The kitchen and living area are shared. Cleaning service twice a month. Utilities are extra and are automatically shared among renters, with bills issued directly by Varsity. Apply online or go to their store to see a model unit. (A lease term of September to August is required.)</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>17 Hundred -</strong> A five-minute walk from the Oshawa campus on Simcoe Street. There are two- to five-bedroom apartments available (lease terms vary depending on move-in date). These are either furnished or unfurnished units that include the following:</p><ul><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Wi-Fi</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Group and private study spaces</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Yoga room</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Theatre room; and</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Recreation room with billiards.</p></li></ul>
