Is one having completed PGDM from AICTE approved institute eligible for Phd?

It depends on the University. But many Universities admit MBA holders for their PhD programmes.

Different uniersities prescribe different eligibility criteria for admission into the PhD program. I would request @||anjani jha|| to share his management expertise on this.
