Is one having completed PGDM from AICTE approved institute eligible for Phd?

It depends on the University. But many Universities admit MBA holders for their PhD programmes.

Thanks @MSK70515 As per the rules framed by UGC for Ph.D only post graduate degree holders are allowed to do the Ph.D in their respective fields.
