No, one month is not sufficient time to prepare for the WBJEE JECA. The WBJEE JECA syllabus is vast, and it's not possible to cover all the topics in one month. If you have been or are a BCA student, then it can be less challenging for you since most of the subjects of WBJEE JECA and BCA are similar
