One month is not sufficient for JEE Main preparation if a student has not started preparing or have not studied earlier for the exam. The answer depends on how much the candidate has prepared if they are halfway through the preparation or nearby revision, then yes it is possible.

However if the candidate has not started with the syllabus, it is not possible to complete it within one month.
