is one sitting distance degree from periyar university, salem valid for upsc cds examination?

i have taken bsc physics distance degree from periyar university. its a state govt university and ugc, dec and naac approved. i also have a 3yr gap required for the degree. i just want to know that will this egree be accepted in upsc cds examination. please help me out
