Is one year Masters in Physics from abroad valid in India? Am I eligible to do write CSIR-NET exam? Can I apply for jobs like ISRO?

You can apply for jobs in as you can also give their exams after B.Sc if you're that good. Also, you can apply for NET only if your one year Masters degree you received from any foreign institute is equivalent to a two year programme under any Indian UGC approved institutes. So, just check is that one year programme actually equivalent or not. If it is, then congratulations, you're eligible.
