Is one year Post Graduate Diploma program have value? Am looking for PGDRM(retail) at Symbiosis Pune, Is it better to do two year program?
I have one yr work exp and B tech degree. I called Symbiosis Pune regarding the admission in PGDRM, but they told me that they don't have enough students so they are withdrawing the course.

You should go for two year program because experience has more value than saving a year
