Hello Vijay, Having only an MBA degree may not be enough to get a good job. While an MBA degree can increase professional credibility, help learn additional skills, and improve leadership, communication, critical thinking, and management skills, it may not guarantee a good job. According to a source, MBA graduates confirm that the degree is worth it, leading to better quality jobs and better-paid jobs. However, the job market is competitive, and having an MBA degree alone may not be enough to secure a good job. Additionally, the return on investment and the specific MBA programme may also affect the job opportunities and salary scale.

I have seen people with impeccable educational qualifications being absolute failures while people with mediocre qualifications did extremely well in their careers. An MBA, unless done from a Tier-I or at least a Tier-II B-School, may not even get you an interview call if you are a fresher. Once you have a minimum of 5 years of work experience, organizations are more concerned about your work profile, the organisation you are working with and, of course, your achievements. Even students from premier institutions, such as the top IITs and IIMs, m
