Is only WBJEE rank considered for round 1 of seat allocation in WBJEE Counselling?

I got CSE at Techno International New Town based on my JEE Main AIR in the WBJEE Mock seat allocation round. However, in round 1 I didn't get any college. So, I want to ask that is only WBJEE rank considered for round 1 and not JEE Main rank. My WBJEE rank is not good (>70k).

However, if the rank of the candidate exceeds 30,000, the chances of securing admission in Round 2 counselling are high. There are many WBJEE participating colleges that offer admission to students whose ranks fall between 25,000 to 50,0000.
